Kungiyar Malaman Jami’a (ASUU) ta daukaka kara zuwa Babbar Kotun Tarayya bayan kotun ma’aikata ta umarce ta da ta janye yajin aikin da ta shafe wata bakwai tana gudanarwa.

ASUU ta gabatar wa kotun hujjoji 14 na daukaka kara tana neman a yi ta yi watsi da umarnin da kotun ma’aikata ta kasa ta bayar na janye yajin aikin.

Bukatun daukaka kara da kungiyar ta shigar ta hannun lauyoyin ta karkashin jagorancin, mai fafutukar kare hakkin bil’Adama, Femi Falana, ta nemi a dakatar da aiwatar da hukuncin kotun farkon.

A ranar Laraba ne dai Mai Shari’a Polycarp Hamman na NIC ya umarci malaman jami’o’in da ke yajin aikin da su koma ajujuwa, har sai kotun ta tantance karar da Gwamnatin Tarayya ta shigar na kalubalantar yajin aikin.

Umarnin na wucin gadi cewa mambobin ASUU su koma bakin aiki ya biyo bayan bukatar hakan da Gwamnatin Tarayya ta shigar ta hannun lauyanta, James Igwe.

Mai Shari’a Hamman ya ce umarnin shi ne maslaha ga kasa da kuma daliban jami’a da yajin aikin ya sa suke zaune a gida tun 14 ga watan Fabrairu, 2022.

Ya ce yajin aikin na da illa ga daliban jami’o’in gwamnati wadanda ba za su iya zuwa manyan makarantu masu zaman kansu ba.
