Masu POS ba riba suke ci ba – Sheikh Ibrahim Khalil

  1. Fitaccen malamin Musulunci, Sheikh Ibrahim Khalil, ya bayyana cewa karin kudi mai yawa da masu sana’ar POS ke yi a matsayin cajin da suke karba idan sun ba mutum kudi ba riba ba ce.

Malamin wanda kuma shi ne Shugaban Majalisar Malamai ta Jihar Kano, ya yi wannan bayani ne bayan ’yan Najeriya na korafi kan tsawwala kudin cajin da masu harkar POS ke karba, a yayin da ake neman tsabar kudi ido rufe, samun su ke matukar wahala.

A hirar da Aminiya ta yi da shi, Sheikh Ibrahim Khalil ya ce, “Shi fa (mai POS) wahala ya yi ya samo kudinsa, to me ye laifinsa don ya kara wani abu a kai?”

Shehin malamin ya bayyana cewa ko da zuwa mutum ya yi ya nemo kudinsa ya kara wani farashi a kai, wannan ma ba laifi ba ne, domin yana karbar ladar wahalar da ya sha ne.

Ya ci gaba da cewa “Ina da kudi, kaza zan ba ka, amma sai ka ba ni kaza, babu maganar riba ko daya a ciki.

“Kamar kamfanin layin waya ne yayin da kudinka ya kare kana son yin magana, idan suka ranta maka ka yi amfani da shi.

“A duk lokacin da ka tashi biya to za su dauki wani abu a kudinka bayan asalin kudin da suka ranta maka; To su ma suna yin hakan ne domin hidimar da suka yi maka.

“Idan ka ce masu POS ba za su yi komai ba, to za ka kara jefa rayuwar mutane a cikin wahala, don wannan lalura dole ne.

“Da a ce ka bar al’umma cikin kangin rashin kudi, to gwamma ka bar su a hakan, saboda kaso 80 na rayuwar dan Adam a kan kudi ya dogara.

“To tunda ba zai yiwu dan Adam ya zauna cikin kangin talauci ba, musamman masu hali, ba su iya jure wa rashi, don haka ba laifi ba ne don masu POS sun kara kudi a kan abin da suka saba karba.

“Wanan abu da suke yi bai zama riba ba ta kowace fuska. Hidima ce suka yi wa mutum, don haka duk abin da suka caja a wurin mutum ba laifi ba ne.

“Su wadannan mutane suna yin amfani da wannan dama ce ta yadda kudin ke wuya, su kuma suka kara cajin da suke karba, wannan gaskiya ba riba ba ce.”

Sai dai Sheikh Ibrahim Khalil ya ce, “idan har gwamnati ta sanya doka cewa ga iya adadin abin da za a kara, to idan mutum ya wuce wannan ka’idar, to a nan za a ce ya karya doka, amma shi ma ba riba ya ci ba.

Sai a hukunta shi bisa laifin da ya yi. Ko shi ma a wannan yanayin sai an yi adalci wajen yin hukuncin, don kada ya zama an bambanta tsakanin mutane.
